Intellectual Property Notice

All rights to artwork remain the sole property of Jessica Savage, including after purchase. This applies to original works, commissions, prints, and any current and/or future reproductions in any format. Purchasing any item—original or otherwise—does not grant the buyer permission to mint the work as an NFT, reproduce, distribute, or sell the piece in any form, whether for profit or not.

Buyers and collectors are not permitted to reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. However, sharing your purchased item on social media (with credit) is always welcome and encouraged—it does not breach this clause.

Liability

Once an item has been shipped and is in the possession of the customer, Jessica Savage is not liable for damage caused by mishandling. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Smudging or marking the print border
– Tearing or creasing of prints
– Water damage, bending, or other wear from improper handling

As protected under consumer law, compensation is applicable in cases of product damage due to postal services or if faulty merchandise has been dispatched. All prints and artworks are carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure pristine quality.

Please review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Refunds or compensation will not be granted for issues arising from overlooked listing information. Note: listed artwork dimensions include border sizes unless otherwise stated.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

If there’s an issue with your order, I’m here to help! If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out via the contact page and I’ll do everything I can to make it right.

Please keep in mind that while I strive to ensure color accuracy in product photos, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device’s display settings. For the most accurate representation, I recommend viewing items on multiple devices if color matching is critical.

Shipping fees for returned items (in good faith) are not covered unless the product is faulty or protected under consumer guarantees. In such cases, Jessica Savage will cover return shipping costs.

Occasionally, I may include small bonus prints or misprints as a thank-you. To protect against misuse, all bonus items will be marked and recorded on your packing slip. If a replacement is requested, a photo of the invoice slip will be required as proof of what was included in your order. Thank you for understanding!

Shipping Policy

Processing times are listed in each product description. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, but please allow for delays during periods of high demand (e.g., when artwork gains unexpected traction online). Thank you in advance for your patience and support!

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me within 24 hours of your order. Once your package has shipped, I cannot make changes or redirect it.

Jessica Savage is not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee will apply if a refund is requested, and the original shipping cost will be deducted.

Duties & Taxes

My studio is based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA and is not liable for import duties or taxes applied by your country’s customs agency. This includes, but is not limited to, fees related to original artwork, commissions, or fine art prints.

Any customs charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. You may be contacted by mail, email, or phone to pay any required duties before the parcel is released. If these charges are refused and the item is returned, I will refund the original purchase price minus the shipping cost—provided the item is returned in its original condition.

All items are declared at their actual purchase value. Under no circumstances will I falsify customs documents or mark items as “gifts.”
